Coaching & Therapy for Relationship OCD (ROCD) and Attachment Issues

Heal Your Barriers To Love And Connection

Hey, I'm Alex! I help individuals and couples heal the emotional walls of doubt, fear, avoidance, and anxiety that keep them from feeling truly connected and at peace in their relationships.

I've been there...

I know what it's like to struggle with pervasive anxiety and doubt about whether you are in the right relationship. To constantly check your feelings toward your partner, wondering if you love them enough, or if you're attracted enough, or if they are enough for you.

I know what it's like to feel torn between part of you that wants to escape and part of you that is doing whatever it takes to hang on.

And I'm so sorry you are struggling so much because I know how terrible it is to have Relationship OCD (ROCD), and how guilty we can feel when we think we're lying to our partner and staying because we're just afraid of being alone.

However, please don't lose hope, because I've been there and have been able to work through this issue, finally achieving peace in my relationship, and I've helped hundreds of others do the same.

Relationship OCD Explained:

Relationship OCD is a combination of OCD and a Fearful Avoidant Attachment style. The OCD is an attempt to avoid making mistakes and facing repressed shame and the emotional wounds of badness we hold inside.

Fearful Avoidant Attachment is an oscillation between the avoidant attempt at pushing our partner away to avoid getting hurt and the anxious attempt to hang on because we don’t believe we can tolerate loss, loneliness, and emptiness.

Most therapies focus primarily on managing these symptoms rather than addressing and healing the deeper roots of why we feel and act this way.

Using the Internal Family Systems Therapy Model (IFS), Integrative Attachment Therapy, and what I call the Conscious Relationship Framework, I help individuals and couples resolve their underlying emotional wounding, which naturally creates more space for healthy love and connection.
